Filming for teachers and middle school students , Grades 5 – 8

Students from Royal Oak Middle School in Victoria along with their teacher Janica Blaikie participate in the filming of Finding Heart, a production for the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation.

Students participated by creating hearts with messages of  Hope, Justice,  Restoring, and Love and what it meant to them to learn about the Residential School system in Canada.
